I know this might not reach you, but I am trying to get in touch so I can let you know I still haven’t received my calendar. It’s not your fault, I put the wrong address when they were shipped and I corresponded with John (who is very patient and kind) and he agreed to send it to me when you received. I have still not received it and I just want to figure out what happened to it. If it still hasn’t been sent back then I can address the issue, but if it has I can accept the fact someone stole it from my house and has been taken by someone. The idea that someone took it expecting an iPad and got tasteful nudes will get me through my grief.

This is Cici! She has been my cat for the last 8 years and has gone through so much with me. Unfortunately though, much like with Cinna, I am unable to keep her. She is an amazing cat for someone who is a first time cat owner. She has NEVER gone outside of her litterbox, loves feathers with an almost worrying passion, and will love and demand attention. She is social around visitors and will approach strangers.
However, she does NOT like children, dogs, or other cats. I have tried socializing her and she rejects it all. I’m at a loss. If you guys could please help me find her a place where she will be safe and loved, I greatly appreciate it. Please share this if you cannot help. Thank you.

If anyone wants to jump on and sign this petition, that would be awesome. The Thomas Fire in Ojai and Carpenteria is still raging with very little under control, and is slowly creeping north towards my home. The UC I attend refused to cancel classes until the very last second, and as of now is still planning on hosting on-campus finals starting Monday at 7am, despite the state of emergency declared for Santa Barbara county. Finals determine people’s financial aid status, housing status, and ability to apply to grad school, as well as people’s mental health, stress levels, and potentially issues with family discipline (see: angry parents requiring a high GPA). I personally am down for the count. I have flu-like symptoms from smoke inhalation, since I was required to attend class un until Thursday evening and no face masks were being provided. As a UC staff member, technically I am REQUIRED to be at work all next week in addition to the finals I must be taking. Please hop on and sign if you feel like it. We’re hoping for online finals to be provided so that students can return home and stay away from the wildfire, as well as have a better chance of succeeding on their fall finals.
